Pediatric Telehealth Membership
$250/month per child
Includes unlimited telehealth appointments for both well baby and acute concerns, as well as unlimited non-urgent/non-emergent text and phone calls for general advice, answered during “office hours” within 24 hours of receiving.
We offer some evening and weekend acute visits as needed for availability when PCP office may be closed
Billed on the first of the month

Night Nurse and Postpartum Packages

4th Trimester Bundle: This is our most comprehensive service, and pricing is based on hours per week of night nurse care. When you book a minimum of 24 hours per week of night nurse newborn care, we also include our monthly pediatric telehealth membership, weekly lactation consultant (IBCLC) in home or virtual, and weekly postpartum mental health counseling.
Night Nurse Only: Hourly night nurse service, with NP oversight and weekly telehealth appointment.
Daytime Support: (Add on to any service)
$50/hour, daytime shifts with 4 hour minimum
Daytime support for families with infant caretaking, emotional support and breastfeeding support, light household tasks

Non-Member Fees
$150/hour for 1 hour telehealth visit, in home IBCLC visit, or virtual mental health visit
We do not bill insurance directly (see FAQ for more details)
Visit cost pro-rated for time spent (ie, 20 min telehealth visit $50).
Most telehealth acute visits (ie rashes, cold symptoms, reflux, constipation) can be addressed in a 20 minute appointment
General well baby advice and parenting support visits will be booked in 40-60 min time slots
Mental health and lactation visits are booked in 60 min time slots
