Pediatric Telehealth Membership
$250/month per child
Includes unlimited telehealth appointments for both well baby and acute concerns, as well as unlimited non-urgent/non-emergent text and phone calls for general advice, answered during “office hours” within 24 hours of receiving.
We offer some evening and weekend acute visits as needed for availability when PCP office may be closed
Billed on the first of the month

Night Nurse and Postpartum Packages
Night Nurse: Hourly night nurse service, with NP oversight and weekly telehealth appointment. 8-12 hour shifts based on family preference.
Chicago: $70/hour
NYC: $80/hour
4th Trimester Bundle: For a limited time, when you book a minimum of 30 hours per week of night nurse newborn care, we include the following complementary services for the first month:
Pediatric Telehealth Membership
Prenatal, 2-5 days, and 2 week IBCLC visits
Two mental health visits
Daytime Nursing Support:
Daytime support for families with infant caretaking, emotional support and breastfeeding support, light household tasks
$60/hour (4 hour minimum)

Pay-Per-Visit
Pediatric Telehealth or Mental Health:
$150/hour
IBCLC visit:
$275/visit in-home* initial
$200/visit in-home follow-up
$115/hour virtual visit
*In-home visits subject to additional travel fee based on distance
We do not bill insurance directly (see FAQ for more details)
Most telehealth acute visits (ie rashes, cold symptoms, reflux, constipation) can be addressed in a 20 minute appointment
General well baby advice and parenting support visits will be booked in 40-60 minute time slots
Mental health booked in 60 minute time slots
